Admission Overview:

The academic session for year 2024-2025 will commence in April, 2024.The school invites applications for admission to the following classes for the Academic Year 2024-2025

  • Pre Nursery- Grade V

Prospectus will be available at the school reception between 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM.

Age Criteria:

  • Pre Nursery: Minimum Age is 2+ as on 31.03.2024
  • Nursery: Minimum Age is 3+ as on 31.03.2024
  • LKG: Minimum Age is 4+ as on 31.03.2024
  • KG: Minimum Age is 5+ as on 31.03.2024
  • Class I: Minimum Age is 6+ on 31.03.2024
  • Class II: Minimum Age is 7+ as on 31.03.2024 and so on…

Procedure:

  • Visit the School, Pay Registration Fees.
  • Admission Test and Interaction details shall be intimated by the admissions office subsequently over the phone or through mail.
  • Mentioned documents shall be taken by the parents for the interaction.
  • Results of Admission Test and Interaction with the Parents shall be communicated. Visit the school thereafter, Pay the Fees and complete the admission formalities.
ADMISSION POLICY:
  • Admission is being granted on first come first serve basis, till the availability of seats.
  • For classes I to IV, complete academic transcripts of the previous two completed classes of the student must accompany the application form.
  • For the benefit of parents, the valid registrations shall be invited for an interaction with the Principal to share the vision, mission and philosophy of the school and define expectations of each other.
  • Date and timings for interaction will be intimated telephonically and through mail.
  • Incomplete Registration/Relationship forms will not be processed.
  • Parents are advised not to fill more than one form for an applicant.
  • Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission which will depend on the number of seats.
  • On confirmation of grant of admission, parents will be required to deposit the fee within two days time failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.

DOCUMENTATION:

Following documents have to be submitted:

  • One passport size photograph each of mother and father.
  • Five passport size photographs of the child.
  • Photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate.
  • Original Transfer Certificate/School leaving certificate duly attested.
  • Photocopy of original mark sheet of last exam passed.
  • Proof of Residence.
  • Family ID.
  • Health Record.
  • Medical Certificate
  • Details of allergies and any other chronic ailment.
  • A copy of the vaccination card.
INSTRUCTIONS
